Amounts, rates, factor rates, terms and timelines described anywhere on this site are typical ranges observed across the funders we work with. They are illustrative rather than offered.

3. Our role

REPLACE_ME Legal Entity Name operates as a financing broker. We are not a bank or a lender. We do not make credit decisions and we do not provide the capital. We present applications to third-party funding providers who independently decide whether to extend financing and on what terms. We are compensated by the funding provider on a completed transaction.

4. Your obligations

You agree that information you provide is accurate and complete, that you are authorised to apply on behalf of the business, that you are at least 18, and that you will disclose existing financing including any outstanding merchant cash advances.

5. Authorisation

By submitting an application you authorise us and the funding providers we present it to to obtain consumer and business credit reports, to verify the information supplied, and to contact you by phone, email and SMS about your enquiry. See the anti-spam policy for how contact consent works.

6. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design, crest, wordmark and code on this site are owned by REPLACE_ME Legal Entity Name and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, REPLACE_ME Legal Entity Name is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or from any financing obtained through an introduction made by us. Your relationship regarding any financing is with the funding provider, and its agreement governs that financing.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify REPLACE_ME Legal Entity Name against claims arising from your breach of these terms or from information you supplied that was inaccurate or incomplete.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of REPLACE_ME, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
