How we contact you, what you consented to, and how to make it stop.

1. Our commitment
We send commercial messages only to people who asked to hear from us or who enquired about funding. We do not buy email lists, we do not send unsolicited bulk mail, and we do not sell your contact details to anyone who would.
2. When we contact you
We will contact you if you submitted an application or contact form, asked to be contacted, or are an existing client. Contact may be by phone, email or SMS, and relates to your enquiry, your application, or funding options relevant to it.
3. SMS and calls
By providing a phone number you consent to calls and text messages about your enquiry, including from an automatic dialling system where used. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of obtaining financing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
4. Opting out
Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, honoured within 10 business days. Reply STOP to any SMS. Ask any caller to place you on our internal do-not-call list, and we will. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary messages about an application already in progress; to stop those, ask us to withdraw the application.
5. Compliance
We operate in line with the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and applicable state equivalents. Our messages identify the sender, state their commercial purpose, and carry a valid physical address and a working opt-out.
6. Reporting
If you received a message you believe you did not consent to, email REPLACE_ME@hudsonrowadvisors.com with the message and we will investigate and confirm removal.
