Privacy policy
What we collect, who sees it, and how to make us delete it.

1. What we collect
When you submit an application or contact form we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, business name, industry, time in business, revenue range, amount sought, use of funds, and anything you write in a free-text field.
If you proceed, we will also request business bank statements and, at the offer stage, identification. We collect standard server and analytics data (pages viewed, approximate region, referring site) through Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies to track individuals across sites.
2. Why we collect it
To assess what funding you may qualify for, to present your file to third-party funders, to communicate with you about your enquiry, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
3. Who we share it with
Third-party funding providers. The core of what we do is presenting your file to funders whose criteria match it. Those funders receive your application details and supporting documents, and each has its own privacy practices.
Service providers. Form submissions are processed by Formspree. Hosting and analytics are provided by Vercel. These providers act on our instructions.
Legal requirement. Where we are required by law, subpoena or regulator.
We do not sell your information. We do not sell, rent or trade your details to lead buyers, data brokers or marketing lists.
4. Credit checks
Submitting an application authorises a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score and is not visible to other lenders. A hard inquiry, which can affect your score, occurs only if you choose to proceed with a specific offer, and we will tell you before it happens.
5. How long we keep it
Application data is retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, typically no more than REPLACE_ME years after last contact. You may ask us to delete it sooner, subject to those obligations.
6. Your choices
- Access, correction and deletion. Email REPLACE_ME@hudsonrowadvisors.com and we will respond within 30 days.
- Marketing. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not stop messages about an application already in progress.
- State privacy rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have rights to access, delete, correct and opt out of certain processing. We honour these requests regardless of residency. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
